Páchi Swim does NOT offer refunds for any purchases made on our website. Please check our sizing chart or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with any sizing questions you have to ensure you order the correct size.
For change of mind, we offer an exchange (subject to availability) or store credit, provided the items are unworn, in their original packaging (with tags and hygiene stickers) and sent back within 10 days of receiving your product. We note there is a limit of 1 exchange per order. After that, we offer a credit note for returns.
All sale items are final and CANNOT be returned or exchanged.
In the rare case that your item is faulty, please contact us directly at email@example.com. Upon us receiving and inspecting the product, if deemed faulty, you will be offered an exchange or refund.
Páchi Swim is not responsible for any shipping costs of your returned or exchanged item(s). Additionally, any store credit/ exchange value will be for the amount of the purchased item(s) only less any shipping costs.
We cannot guarantee that your package will arrive in the expected time frame. Our delivery times are a guide only and may vary from country to country. Páchi Swim does not take responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged packages once dispatched.
